Absolutely horrible receptionist and service we didn’t even checking to the property. Avoid at all cost !!!

Staff was excellent. They were very attentive and knowledgeable. Someone was always available.

I like this hotel very much. I don’t eat a huge breakfast so the price of their breakfast is over priced for me. They serve a huge smorgasbord of options. The beds are comfortable. The room quiet and clean. The hot water and water pressure is great. The location for me is good because I was conducting business near there but for a holiday I would choose differently. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helped us with finding cabs and a dinner place. Rooms were cute. Hotel seemed to be in process of renovations, but was completely fine for a one night stay.

I have returned here several times for the old Morrocan vibe. The small, cordial staff will welcome you quietly and gently. Breakfast is a generous and colorful buffet. Omlettes made to order, local fruits and juices. Tram station 2 minutes away, going one stop to Casa Port train station.The bellman, on my first visit, walked me to the bus station and made sure I had the correct instructions. This is what you can expect here.

Location was ideal since it's easy walking distance to the bus station and Casa Port train station. Also the old medina and lots of assorted shopping. Buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had.

Can walk from Casa Port station, there is a tram line outside. One block up at the tram intersection the other tram line will goto Casa Voyageurs train station. Big supermarket a block up. Walkable to sights. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was decent (pastries, cereal, coffee, juices, teas) and nice that they provided an omelet bar for guests. Though they didn't offer any other kind of eggs aside from that option. (Other places I've stayed at had scrambled or hardboiled.) The place is well located and close to the medina.

Excellent location, beautiful decor inside

Friendly and Helpful Staff, especially Emmel (sorry if spelled your name wrong) had made us travelled with ease. The bellboy was very nice and helpful. The chef at Breakfast (15 June 2025) was very freindly, welcomed and greeted every guests who had the breakfast. The hotel Location is located walking distance to the old Medina. Lobby Area is stunning with Traditional Moroccan Designed Walls and ceiling. A suite room was very big

Good lactation. You can take the train to Casablance port Then just walk aroun7mins to hotel. And it super closed to CTM bus station for go another city. Even You can walk to any view point around 30-40mins. Like Hassen II Mosque. When i back to Casablance to saty my last night in Morocco, i chose to stay there again. Location is super convenient. Definitely high recommend. And breakfast is best on in my whole trip in Morocco.

Hotel Location was at the periphery of the medina with a new hotel (Barcelo) under construction across the street. From the train station, the buildings appeared grungy but once you reach the hotel and towards the medina, the area got much better. The hotel was peaceful and tranquil and when I wanted to shop, it was an easy walk to the Medina. The hotel’s décor seemed authentic but dark. I imagined how it looked during its glory days. I felt secure during my entire stay at this riad. I had two rooms with an adjoining door and a balcony. I had lots of space in my room. The refrigerator and air-conditioning worked fine. Wifi was stable. My bathrooms had its own water tank for constant hot water. Within walking distance were an authentic Moroccan restaurant (Le Etoile Central) and the Central Market where I purchased fresh seafood and had them cooked.

good location but hotel should disclose that there is a tramway stop right in front of the hotel. Its a plus for commuting but it's a bit noisy. Rooms are bare bone, not updated for decades, showers clog, toilets run or leak at the base, had to change room twice. The breakfast spread is lavish, quite common in this country. Too many sweets maybe and not enough what health-conscious people eat these days for breakfast.

This hotel had a very nice breakfast. The room itself was a bit small, but adequate for the two nights we were there. The staff members were kind and helpful.
